1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Wari360 ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility and Young Players
You must be at least 13 years old to have a Wari360 player account. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must give their consent when you register, and they can exercise your privacy rights for you. Scouts and clubs cannot contact a player under 18 directly: any interest goes to the player's parent or guardian, who decides whether to respond. Scout and club accounts are for adults acting for themselves or their organisation. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide, including your date of birth, is accurate.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow others to access your account. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Permitted Use
Wari360 is a professional platform for football talent discovery. You may use the Platform to create a player profile, scout and discover talent, manage club recruitment, and communicate with other users. You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to scrape or harvest data, or to distribute spam or malicious content.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you upload (videos, profile information, messages). By uploading content, you grant Wari360 a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and process that content to operate the Platform. AI-generated scouting reports are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional football advice. Wari360's platform code, design, and brand are protected by intellectual property law.
6. Fees
Wari360 is free during the open beta for players, scouts and clubs. Paid plans will be announced before they start, and you will never be charged without choosing a plan first. Wari360 never takes a fee or commission on any transfer, contract or signing, and does not represent players or clubs.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You must not: (a) impersonate any person or entity; (b) upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or other users' accounts; (d) use automated tools to interact with the Platform without our written consent; (e) use the Platform to facilitate illegal transfer arrangements or circumvent football regulations.
8. Termination
Wari360 may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.
9. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated reports will be accurate or complete. Wari360 is a technology platform and does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the credentials of any player, scout or club listed on the Platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wari360's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
